IF- Fluid

A very sketchy one this week.
I should have spent more time on it, but I rather like the sketchy feel.

Anyway, its a mermaid in a bottle. Of course.

New Project

A secret little project that I will keep mostly under wraps until I produce all the concept artwork.
This time it's a little personal project just for the sake of making something for myself for a change.

Its a retelling of a well known fairytale. That's all for know.
Here's a hint maybe..

Happy Hatterween!

Following on from my recent Alice in Wonderland pieces...
I decided to once again delve into Wonderland for this week's Illustration Friday- 'Scary'

Happy Hatterween everyone!

EDIT-
I made a shoddy little animation! Ive been dabbling in animation for a little while, so thought id give it go with this image...
I hope to add animated elements into my illustrations more.

The Magic of Wonderland

I've always enjoyed 'Alice in Wonderland', and I feel drawn to the bizarre-ness of it to help distract from feeling down.
It feels almost like a form of therapy, which is nice.

Im not sure how far my love for 'Alice' will go...
Who knows?

I really wanted to draw some Hedgehogs after seeing them on the news this week.

Mesmerize

[Please click on the image to see it better!]

For Illustration Friday...
The victim helplessly mesmerized by the vampire's charm.
I name her Marie.
The vampire has no name... yet.

Well, at least they have the beautiful [and inaccurate] Parisian backdrop to look at!

The Count's Halloween Redesign

Im redesigning a little kids storybook I mast last year for Halloween, called 'The Count's Halloween.'
When finished I'll print it out, hand bind it and sell it on my etsy with and accompaning keyring of either Munna [the mummy], Ghoula [the ghost] or Berty [the bat]...

The book basically tells the story of an unscary vampire and his 'quest' to give his friends the best Halloween ever! Consists of 6 double page spreads in a concertina fold bind.
